Have you heard about Building Code changes to H1 and how it affects requirements for windows and doors? Currently, all the windows and doors in New Zealand houses must meet an R-value of R0.37 and from November 2023 it will need to be R0.46 for North Island and R0.5 for some areas of South Island. Standard VTITE windows meet an R-Value of R0.56 and VTITE+ can achieve R1.35 when triple glazed.
